It is these clots that cause thrombosis. Doctors claim that physical activity helps to prevent the disease. It solves two problems at once – the stagnation that occurs with low mobility, and also the formation prevents the appearance of excess weight.

Nutritionists recommend for the prevention of thrombosis to use fish, vegetables, olive oil and products with vitamin E. And the amount of consumed sugar, pastries and other sources of fast carbohydrates should be reduced.
