Barney Martina notes that in any case, washing your hair every day is harmful. For example, if a person has oily hair, this leads to its even faster contamination. In addition, the scalp is deprived of natural sebum. The best solution in this case is the procedure once every three days, with a rinse after one.
If the curls are thick, hard, then with excessive care of this kind there is a risk of getting dry and brittle hair with a porous structure. The ideal option is again to wash them on the second or third day. The same applies to limp hair.
“Even if you work out in the gym every day, you still should not wash your hair every day. A good rinse with water and the use of dry shampoo is a great trick to keep your hair well-groomed, which does not lead to dryness of the scalp. If you swim, you should use a cleansing shampoo, which is necessary to remove chlorine and salt water – this is the only exception to the rule,” the expert concluded.
