An idea for a delicious dinner: how to cook pork with olives in a slow cooker

A delicious dinner will be guaranteed if you cook pork with olives. You will like this dish with aromatic gravy and soft meat. You can cook in a multicooker of any model.

Ingredients

The following products are needed for cooking:

  • pork – 0 .5 kg;
  • tomato paste – 50 g;
  • sour cream 20% – 100 g;
  • < li aria-level="1">onions – 60 g;

  • olives – 70 g;
  • flour – 10 g;
  • hot water – 250 ml;
  • oil – 2 tablespoons;
  • paprika – 0.5 tsp;
  • salt – ⅔ tsp;
  • mixture of peppers – ⅓ tsp

How to cook

Pour oil into the multicooker bowl and turn on the frying mode. Send the meat, chopped onions there. After 8 minutes, you will see that the pork has changed color. Now you can add salt, spices, olives.

Now add flour to sour cream. Mix and add to the dish. This is done so that the sour cream does not curdle. Stir and add tomato paste. Fill with water. Mix everything thoroughly. Close the lid.

Cook the dish at a temperature of 110 degrees. Depending on the multicooker model, the mode can be either stewing or Multicook. Cooking time is approximately 45 minutes.
