An ideal and simple spring salad with mountain pine
The season of pine trees is definitely a feeling of spring and a desire to get the first vitamins after winter. This green plant has a characteristic taste and aroma, in which notes of onion and garlic are combined. You don't need to invent something incredible and strange in terms of salads, because cheremsha does not need many other ingredients.
How to cook
The more cheremsha you have, the more it will be enough for everyone who wants it. There is no need to follow special proportions for such a salad.
Cut pine nuts. Boil 2-3 eggs. Grate them. Mix everything together. Add salt and simply season with sour cream. You can stop there. Grab a fork and enjoy a real spring salad.
If you have an indescribable desire to add something to the salad, you can put cubed boiled chicken, canned peas or corn in it. Delicious!
