One of the healthy breakfast options is porridge or muesli. Based on their complex carbohydrates, they will give you a feeling of long-lasting satiety. If you like porridge and eat it regularly in the morning, then you are not in danger of returning to the feeling of hunger after a couple of hours. There are a lot of cereals, you can experiment every day, make different breakfasts.
If you are not full of cereals alone, add proteins to them. Everything is simple here – eggs, cheese, meat. Not everyone can get enough of carbohydrates, for such people protein food is the best nutrition.
Mix it up! To diversify the diet, you can combine slow carbohydrates with fast ones. But there should be more complex (slow) ones. For example, porridge can be combined with honey.
And finally. Do not rape yourself! If you don't like something (let it be a thousand times useful), you don't need to force yourself to eat it.
