Cooks recommend preparing buckwheat as follows: wash the groats, put them in a colander to drain, then pour the groats into a dry pan and dry well.

Now you need to pour the buckwheat into a saucepan, pour cold water 1:2, bring to a boil, add salt to taste, and then reduce the heat so that the groats simmer.

After 5-7 minutes, you need to add a piece of butter and 1 tablespoon of turmeric to the pan.

Then you need to tightly cover the pan with a lid, let it simmer for another 5 minutes, turn off the heat, wrap the pan with a towel and wait until the groats themselves will reach readiness. It turns out tastier than usual!
