An omelette recipe that every foodie should try

Omelet. It seems that nothing can surprise in this dish. It is prepared almost every day for breakfast. However, you can change the usual ingredients to get a completely new taste. Prepare an omelet with beer, radishes and tomatoes.

Ingredients

To prepare, you will need to prepare the following products:

  • eggs — 2 pcs.;
  • milk — 1/2 tbsp.;
  • beer — 1/2 tbsp.;< /li>
  • sweet pepper – 1 pc.;
  • radish – 30 g;
  • tomato – 1 pc.;
  • onion – ½ bulb;
  • vegetable oil;
  • greens;
  • pepper;
  • salt to taste.

How to cook

Let's prepare the vegetables for the omelet. Radishes and peppers should be cut into strips. Tomatoes – in circles. Onions and greens should be chopped.

Pour oil into a heated pan and lay out the radishes. It takes just a few seconds to fry. Bell peppers and tomatoes will follow. Vegetables need to be sautéed.

After 1 minute, onions are added to the vegetables and the heat is reduced to the lowest setting. We continue to saute for another 2-3 minutes.

During this time, break 2-3 eggs into a container, add milk, beer, pepper, salt and pour over the vegetables. The egg mixture should be evenly distributed with the filling. The omelet is covered with a lid and cooked over low heat.

Before serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs. Delicious!
