How to prepare Brazilian lemonade with condensed milk
- peel two lime from the peel and remove the white, bitter layer of peel. In two resting limes, only cut the pointed tips (to the flesh) while keeping the remaining peel.
- Cut each lime into eight parts. blender, add 250 ml of drinking water and whisk all 10 seconds, but not more, in pulsation mode. At this stage, it is important not to overdo it. The smaller the lime is crushed, the more saturated it will taste and, as a consequence, the bitterness will be felt stronger. Add another 750 milliliters of water and condensed milk.
- Whisk still 1-2 minutes until the mixture is foam and white in appearance. 1 minute. Try the drink and dilute to your taste, adding drinking water.
- Pour Brazilian lemonade with condensed milk in a glass, add a straw and serve to the table.
