An unusual recipe for cutlets from boiled eggs
We are used to the fact that only scrambled eggs and omelets can be made from eggs. We also use this boiled product as an ingredient for various salads and fillings. However, you can surprise your guests by serving real egg patties.
What products we need to prepare:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs;
- 2 tablespoons of semolina;
- a tablespoon of wheat flour;
- a tablespoon of sour cream;
- salt to taste;

How to cook:
First of all, we choose a container where we will cook our unusual cutlets. We send there grated chicken eggs, finely chopped green onions, parsley, semolina, flour, salt and sour cream. We mix everything well.
If desired, you can add finely chopped dill and any spices you like.
When the mixture thickens, we form our special cutlets.
Heat the pan, pour in olive oil, fry until cooked on each side.
It is best served with a sauce made of sour cream, finely chopped cloves of garlic and fresh greens.
The dish goes well with any as a side dish or served on its own. Despite the low calorie content, the cutlets are not only tasty, but also quite filling.
