An unusual version of the usual breakfast: a recipe for an omelet with soy sauce

You can prepare the classic breakfast – an omelet, only in a new way.

< strong>What products should be prepared:

  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • half a tablespoon of soy sauce;
  • a third of a teaspoon of sugar;
  • half a tablespoon of rice vinegar.

How to cook:

Take a convenient bowl in which you will mix the base for an omelette Remember that the eggs should be at room temperature, so you should take them out of the refrigerator in advance.

In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, soy sauce and rice vinegar until smooth.

Reheat pan and add a small amount of olive oil.

We pour our omelette mass and cook over low heat until done.

As soon as the omelette is browned, it can be served.

However, you can experiment not only with taste, but also with form. In this case, we prepare it a little differently: first we pour in a third of the mass, wait a couple of minutes until the omelet gets a texture and roll it up with an envelope. We pour the second part in such a way that one part is next to the first.

We choose the same form. We do the same with the remaining egg mass. It should be cut when serving.
