As 13 minutes a day will continue life for three years – scientists

American scientists have found that physical activity of 13 minutes a day can increase life by three years. Studies prove that daily long -hours training in the gym is not needed at all to get real practical health benefits. Experts have long warned that people are afraid of physical activity in the gym, which requires them to lift scales or the use of simulators. Many explain this by the fact that they simply do not withstand training, and someone lacks for that time.

And now one of the US insurance companies has collected information of 140,000 people from around the world. She showed that people who rarely emerge from the sofa have increased their life expectancy by three years, if they were given sports no more than 90 minutes a week for 12 months. And this is about 13 minutes a day, which is the equivalent of a small run or cycling, or just work with a lawn mowing mow. If a person spent 25 minutes a day on sports, then his life has grown by 4 years. If physical activity increases daily by 4 minutes additional (30 minutes a day), which is an equivalent of three hours a week, life expectancy has grown by another 1.7 years. All this leads to an increase in the epidemic of diabetes, cardiovascular and malignant diseases. Subsequently, people after 60 are wondering, where they come from so many different ailments, although they have not paid any attention to their own body for decades.
