Autumn pumpkin cupcakes with sweet cheese filling

When pumpkins are in season, make cupcakes with cheese filling. It is incredibly delicious. The recipe was shared by experienced cooks.
Ingredients for cupcakes
The following products are required for preparation:
- pumpkin puree – 350 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs.;
- oil – 80 ml;
- sugar – 120 g;
- flour – 260 g;
- milk – 50 ml;
- baking powder – 1 tsp;
- salt – 0.5 tsp;
- cinnamon – 1 teaspoon;
- nutmeg – ⅓ teaspoon;
- cream cheese – 200 g;
- sugar – 2-3 tablespoons;
- corn starch – 1 tbsp.
How to make cupcakes
Mix together cream cheese, 2 tbsp sugar, vanilla sugar and starch. This will be the filling for the cupcake.
Now we move on to preparing the dough. For it, you need puree from baked pumpkin. Milk, oil, 120 g of sugar, eggs – all this should be added to the pumpkin puree.
Further, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt should be mixed into the pumpkin part. Use a blender to make the consistency of the dough uniform.
Place parchment in the molds. Pour the dough in portions, and put the filling on top of the cupcakes, like a white hat. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Delicious!
