Ingredients

The following products are required for preparation:

• milk – 0.4 l ;
• pumpkin puree – 100 g;
• sugar or honey – 40 g;
• cinnamon – 1 pc.;
• nutmeg – on the tip of a knife;
• ground cinnamon – ¼ teaspoon;
• cloves – 5 pcs.
• cardamom – 5 pcs.;
• bodian – 2 pieces;
• espresso – 2 servings.

Pumpkin should be baked until cooked, and then mashed. Mix together brown sugar, milk, cinnamon stick, ground cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, star anise, and nutmeg. Heat everything together so that the milk becomes hot, but it is not necessary to boil it.
