Autumn pumpkin pie-pudding

Pumpkin pudding is a very tasty dessert that is loved by children and adults alike. The pudding is baked in the oven, has a pleasant creamy taste and is eaten very quickly. Try it and see for yourself!

For dessert you will need:

  • pumpkin without skin and seeds – 400 g ;
  • apples – 400 g;
  • chicken eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • butter – 50 g;
  • milk or cream – 1 glass;
  • semolina – 3 tbsp.
  • cinnamon – ½ tsp

Preparation:

  1. Wash the pumpkin, remove the seeds and peel and cut into small cubes. Also wash the apples, remove the skin and remove the seeds, cut into thin plates.
  2. Pour the pumpkin with milk and cook for 4-5 minutes on low heat from the moment it boils.
  3. Pour the apples with a glass of hot water and boil until half done. Then drain the water, dry and add to the pumpkin.
  4. Slowly pour semolina into the pumpkin-apple mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. You can cook finely chopped pumpkin and apples in a steamer or bake them in foil in the oven, then grind in a blender and then cook with milk
  6. Take the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until foamy. Grind the yolks with sugar and add to the pumpkin and apples in a container. Sprinkle the dish with cinnamon, mix and carefully introduce the whipped proteins. Mix again very delicately.
  7. Place the pumpkin-apple mixture in a baking dish previously greased with butter.
  8. Cooking time – 15 minutes at a temperature of 180°C.
  9. Before serving, melt the remaining butter and pour it over the casserole.
