Ingredients
You will need the following products:
- pumpkin – 500 g;
- honey – 5 tablespoons;
- sill;
- Lemon juice. Put the mass in a dry pan and pour lemon juice. Simmer, stirring occasionally. Should evaporate the juice. Then add the coconut chips and leave for 1-2 minutes over low heat.
remove the pan from heat and pour honey. Mix the mass thoroughly. Now cool everything and form balls. Put almonds or hazelnut in the middle of each of them. Roll in coconut and refrigerate.
