Autumn recipe for pumpkin juice with pulp

Pumpkin juice is useful, and it will be even better if combine it with oranges. We offer you a recipe for such juice. You can close it in jars and have a tasty vitamin preparation for the winter.
Ingredients
The following products are needed for preparation:
- water – 2 l;
- orange — 4 pcs.;
- pumpkin – 2.5 kg;
- sugar – 200 g;
- citric acid – 1.5 tsp.
How to cook
Cut the pumpkin into pieces. Pour water into the pan. Boil until soft. When cool, grind with a blender. In this state, the pulp will be soft. If you want it without it, then you need to rub it through a sieve or put it in cheesecloth and squeeze it.
Add orange juice, sugar and citric acid to the juice. Put it back on the heat to boil for a few minutes until the sugar dissolves after boiling.
The juice is ready. Now it can be poured into sterilized jars while it is hot. If you don't plan that way, then refrigerate and enjoy.
