“Autumn-winter” liver cake without bitterness and hardness

When it's cold outside, even cakes should be hearty. This one definitely fits the above description. The liver cake will turn out fragrant and tender, without bitterness and hardness.

To prepare it, you will need the following products:
Liver (veal or chicken) – 600 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Milk – 100 ml
Flour – 100 g
Salt – to (your) taste
Carrot – 1 large
Onion – 2 pcs.
Sour cream (15%) – 400 g
Garlic – 1-2 cloves
Greens – a bunch
Oil – for frying
Pass the liver through a meat grinder, add eggs, milk, flour, salt. Beat with a mixer. Fry in a pan (7-8 pancakes will turn out). Fry the onion and grated carrot until golden brown.
Re-grease the cake, spreading each liver cake with sour cream with garlic and fried onions. Garnish with chopped herbs on top.
Place in the refrigerator for a few hours, and then enjoy!
