Many drinks are known for their beneficial properties. Doctors have revealed those that will help strengthen the body and bring you closer to longevity.

Yes, for a pleasant and festive non-alcoholic drink, nutritionist Cassie Christopher recommends a homemade “fruit bush”, which is a combination of fruit, water, sugar and a small amount of vinegar – for example, apple cider vinegar. “Vinegar has scientifically proven health benefits, just like fruit, so it's just a matter of limiting added sugar,” explains the doctor.
Second on the list is kombucha. It is a probiotic drink prepared by fermenting tea with bacteria and yeast.
Third – drinks with the addition of turmeric. For example, cocoa, tea or coffee. Turmeric's active compound, curcumin, is said to be a powerful anti-inflammatory that may even have weight-loss benefits. “The only question is whether the drink contains enough turmeric to make a difference.
