Ingredients:
300 g of bagels
500 g of minced meat
1 onion
300 ml of milk
300 ml of water
100 g of cheese
Preparation:
Pour bagels with warm milk and water, let them get wet, but not too sour. 30 minutes will be enough. Grate the onion or cut it very finely and mix it with the minced meat.
Salt and pepper. Place the bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Put minced meat in the middle of each. Pour ketchup or mayonnaise on top.
Put in an oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, grate the cheese, sprinkle it on top of the bagels and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes. Delicious!
