Ingredients for baked carrots with spices:
- 6 medium carrots
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of ground paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon spoons of cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for serving (optional)
Peel the carrots and cut them into large slices or circles. In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Add the carrots to this mixture and mix well so that each piece is coated with the spices.
