You need to take:

  • pears 3-5 pcs
  • Soft cheese 100 g
  • butter 1 tbsp.

Grease the form with butter. Cut the pears in half. Cut the core, remove part of the crumb, cut the pear back so that they become stable. To prevent pears not darken, you can spray them with lemon, but a small acid will appear. Put the pears in the greased form. Finely chop the pears, add soft cheese and crushed walnuts. Mix pears, cheese and nuts, fill with a mixture of half. Pour over with honey, approximately half a teaspoon per half of pear. If you are allergic to honey, replace with sugar, but add it immediately to the stuffing. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
