Baked pumpkin that even those who don't like it will enjoy

Pumpkin is extremely healthy, but not everyone likes it, especially in classic porridge with rice. This casserole will turn your idea of ​​the taste of pumpkin in combination with cheese upside down.

Pumpkin (500 g +/-) must be peeled, as it is quite hard even after cooking.

Cut into cubes, add salt to taste, a few cloves of garlic, a pinch of sugar, 3 tbsp. sour cream. Mix everything, you can immediately put it in a glass baking dish. Add 100 g of butter on top, cover with foil.

Send to the oven for 40 minutes, temperature 180 degrees.

After the pumpkin has become soft, remove from the oven, mix. Sprinkle with cheese and send to the oven for 10 minutes.

The pumpkin dish is ready, delicious!
