Baked pumpkin with honey and nuts

Baked pumpkin can become an exquisite dessert if you bake it with honey and sprinkle it with nuts. However, it is important to know the key condition for the perfect taste of this vegetable so that the taste is truly dessert-like.

Peel the pumpkin (500 g) as it can give a bitter taste and spoil the dish. At the same time, after baking, the skin is often tough and it is not pleasant to eat fibrous edges.

Cut into pieces of any shape, but of the same size, so that they bake evenly.

Mix in a bowl 2 tbsp. honey, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tbsp. refined oil. Grease each slice of pumpkin and place on a baking sheet. It is better not to grease the side that will lie on the baking sheet.

Sprinkle the pumpkin slices with nuts, which should be chopped beforehand.

Bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Serve the finished pumpkin-honey delicacies warm.
