put the dough in a bowl, which should be greased with oil a little. Cover with a towel and leave stand for 2 hours. It has to grow and double in size. Pump it easily with your hands and divide into 8 parts, from which you need to form the sprouts. Put the buns on it, wrap it with a package and leave for 1 hour.
the oven should be heated to 200 degrees. Spread the walls with water. The buns themselves should be greased with an egg with a spoonful of water and sprinkle with sesame. Put for 15 minutes. Depending on the oven, it is necessary to increase the time to 30 minutes. Do not bake the buns at once, as they increase in size and may stick together. Delicious!
