A worthy end to a festive dinner or festive table will be a banana cake without baking with a base of Savoyardi cookies and a delicate custard.
INGREDIENTS:
- milk 1200 ml
- sugar 5 tbsp.
- natural yogurt 350 ml
- pudding mix 4 pcs.
- bananas 5 pcs.
- Savoyardi cookies 400 g
- butter 250 g
- cream 33% 250 ml
- vanillin 1 tsp.
- powdered sugar 20 g
STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION RECIPE:
Step 1
Prepare the necessary products: milk, ready-made pudding mix, butter, classic yogurt, cookies, bananas.
Step 2
Cook the pudding from the milk, sugar and the prepared mixture. Stir continuously until it reaches the desired thickness and remove from heat. Cover the pudding tightly with cling film and place in a cool place to cool completely.
Step 3
Beat the soft butter until fluffy. Continuing to beat in parts, add the pudding. Beat until smooth and also add the classic yogurt in parts.
Step 4
Cut the cookies into pieces and mix with the custard.
Step 5
Prepare a springform pan with a diameter of 24-26 cm. Spread half of the biscuit mass with cream.
Step 6
Place the halves of the bananas cut lengthwise on top and spread the remaining half of the cream again, and finish the last layer with biscuits. Cover the cake with cling film on top and put it in a cool place for 6-8 hours. After the time is up, remove the film and remove the split ring. Brush the cake with whipped cream with powdered sugar. Decorate as desired.
