People who are losing weight have long been interested in the question of whether it is more harmful to eat sweets little by little and regularly, or a lot and all at once.
As British nutritionists explain, if a person receives a huge number of calories in one day, then with a greater probability he will not see extra kilograms on the scales.
The same cannot be said about the regular consumption of sweets. , which change a person's metabolism: the body begins to store excess energy in the form of fat. This is especially noticeable in the case of candies with a large number of additives, butter and sugar, which contain an excessive level of fast carbohydrates.
The only exception is chocolate without the addition of milk and sweeteners. According to Nestlé, daily consumption of products made from cocoa beans can reduce the severity of stress and anxiety.
Many studies also confirm that the natural sweetness normalizes blood pressure and cholesterol in the long term. Only those people who suffer from allergies, problems with the gastrointestinal tract and skin should refrain from consuming chocolate.
