Beef tongue salad: not only tasty, but also healthy

Today we offer you a delicious, delicate salad with tongue. This salad is always a success and can take its rightful place not only on your holiday table, but also just for dinner.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled beef tongue – 360 g
  • Chamfer mushrooms – 180 g
  • Salted cucumbers – 210 g
  • Bulgarian pepper – 150 g
  • Olives – 100 g
  • Grain mustard – 40 g
  • Olive oil – 80 g
  • Parsley – 10 g

Preparation method:

  1. Cut the previously boiled tongue into small square pieces.
  2. Cut the champignons into slices and lightly fry them on an almost dry pan.
  3. Grill or bake the peppers, cool and peel them.
  4. Dice all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Mix the olive oil with the grainy mustard and add to the salad.
