Beet salad in a new way: a very tasty and inexpensive recipe

What we will need to prepare beetroot salad:
- Beetroot – 1 piece;
- Garlic – 1 clove;
- Egg – 1 piece;< /li>
- Prunes – 10 pieces;
- Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons
- Nuts – 20 grams.
Preparation:
1. First of all, beets should be baked in foil or in a baking sleeve until ready. Cool and grate on a medium grater.
Why bake? But because this way it turns out to be less moist and more aromatic. This is the main “feature” of the salad.
2. Hard-boil the egg, grate on a fine grater and mix thoroughly with the beetroot.
3. Squeeze 1 clove of garlic or grate on a fine grater to a puree. Mix well.
4. Prunes must first be soaked in hot water, and then cut into thin strips.
5. Mix all the ingredients with mayonnaise.
6. Walnuts should be washed well and slightly dried in a pan. Then, using a rolling pin or a knife, chop them. But not quite small, so that large pieces remain.
Serve the salad in portions, in small bowls or salad bowls. You can decorate the salad with fresh herbs and nuts.
