Beetroot with horseradish: an appetizing, spicy and tasty snack in 10 minutes

An appetizing dish that can be prepared for dinner or rolled up for the winter to enjoy the gifts of summer in the winter. An appetizer is prepared in 10 minutes, the recipe is very simple. It makes a great addition to meat dishes or a spread for sandwiches.
Products (for 1 liter of snack):
- beetroot – 0.65 kg;
- garlic – 0.15 kg;
- sugar – 25 g;
- salt – 10 g;
- apple cider vinegar (6%) – 15 ml.
< li>horseradish (cleaned) – 0.2 kg;
Step by step preparation
- Garlic, horseradish and beets are passed through a meat grinder (raw). You can grind it with a blender.
- Add salt, sugar, and vinegar to the vegetable mixture. The ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- The snack is poured into clean, dry jars, closed with lids and sent for storage.
- The horseradish and beetroot snack can be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 3 months. If you keep the snack at room temperature, the cans should be sterilized.
The finished dish somewhat resembles “Hrenovyna”, the difference is in the addition of beets. It can be served as a side dish, meat dishes or spread on a sandwich.
