Biologists discovered the mechanism of sports influence on immunity and bones

Scientists of the Scientific Research institute at the Children's Medical Center of the American state of Utah found out how sports strengthen the human body. In particular, we are talking about immunity and bone strength.
Experts studied leptin receptor cells, they produce osteolectin. Peri-arteriolar cells are rapidly dividing, short-lived, their number increases after a fracture and decreases during aging.
They are located and participate in the synthesis of stem cells, with age their growth decreases.
Scientists conducted an experiment with mice. Treadmills were installed in the cage with rodents, and the mice thus constantly exercised.
As a result of these exercises, the muscles of the rodents became stronger. A laboratory study showed an increase in osteolectins – cells around arterioles.
After the experiment, specialists came to the conclusion that the regeneration of cells in the bone marrow occurs due to mechanical stimulation.
At physical exertion and intense, constant during training, the impulse is transmitted to the bone marrow. This leads to the renewal of bone-forming cells, therefore immunity and bone tissue are strengthened.
