Black pepper cookies – exit from the comfort zone

butter-150 g;

  • yeast-20 g;
  • egg yolks-3 pcs;
  • Milk-5-6 tbsp .;
  • Black ground pepper;
  • Sal. Mix with butter. Yeast should be activated in warm milk and added to the flour. There are 2 yolks there. Krunted dough is kneaded. Push the dough with a fork to make holes everywhere. Grease the squares with yolk and sprinkle with black ground pepper.

    Put cookies on a baking tray. Bake for 40 minutes. Black pepper cookies are ready. Delicious!
