You can make bread at home without kneading, but at the same time let the dough stand overnight. It will be soft and fluffy inside, and crispy on the outside, with a crust whose aroma will gather everyone at the table.

Ingredients:
500 g flour
350 ml of room temperature water
1/3 tsp. dry yeast
7 g of salt

In room temperature water, stir the yeast and salt, combine with the sifted flour, cover with cling film and leave at room temperature for 12 hours.
Sprinkle the surface with flour, spread the dough, roll it into a roll and pinch the edges, the dough will be sticky, this is normal. Do this several times, pinching the edges.
Turn it over, the surface of the future palanytsia should stretch like a bun.
Transfer the dough to a bowl covered with a towel and sprinkled with flour. Leave for 1-2 hours.
Preheat the oven with the baking sheet to 230-250 degrees for 30 minutes. The baking sheet should be preheated.
Place a baking dish in the bottom of the oven, into which you need to pour a glass of boiling water, this is for a crispy crust.
Turn the dough onto the parchment, make one or more incisions, and transfer the parchment with the dough to the preheated baking sheet.
Bake at a level below average, but not at the lowest, for 30 minutes with water, then remove the water and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
If you are baking in a metal mold, for example, in a goose dish: preheat the oven with the goose dish, transfer the parchment with the bread, put 2 ice cubes inside to create a steam bath, cover and bake for 30 minutes with the lid on, carefully remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes without it.
After baking, let the bread cool completely and enjoy.
