British doctors recommended an affordable fruit for lower back pain
Eating bananas helps to avoid lower back pain – to use an affordable fruit for this purpose was advised by British doctors from the National Health Service (NHS).
According to experts, the appearance of back pain can be provoked by the wrong position of the body during sleep, bad posture, injuries, sometimes even minor ones. As a rule, the body manages to recover and after some time the discomfort in the lower back passes by itself.
But the recovery process can be accelerated, say doctors. For this, British experts advised to eat bananas for breakfast.
“The available fruit contains a large amount of magnesium, which ensures the health of the muscles. It is also found in avocados and green vegetables,” the doctors suggested.
They added that one of the most effective ways to avoid lower back pain is also regular exercise that strengthens the muscles of the body. Their combination with useful products especially effectively supports the health of the back.
