Budget cake recipe with jam and kefir

This cupcake is made with simple, available ingredients. We share the recipe, make it yourself if you haven't tried it before.

200 ml of kefir
240 g of flour
1 egg
100 g of berry jam< br> 2 Art. l. cocoa
100 g of sugar
1 tsp. l. baking powder
50 g of oil
50 g of nuts
50 g of raisins
a pinch of salt
Preparation:
Mix the dry ingredients separately ingredients and individually wet. Add the wet to the dry and knead the dough and add the raisins and nuts.
Mix the dough thoroughly and put it in a pan lined with parchment and greased with butter.
Place in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, bake for 45 minutes. Check readiness with skewers or toothpicks.
The cake should be moist, so do not overbake if the toothpick sticks. You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the finished cupcake.
