Budget salad with chicken hearts and egg pancakes

The heart salad has won the hearts of many! I hope it will win your heart too, because the salad is truly incredibly tasty and very satisfying. The recipe for chicken heart salad is quite simple and literally costs a penny, which cannot but please. Try it and see for yourself!

The specified amount of ingredients makes 6-8 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g chicken hearts
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 pickled cucumbers.
  • 150 g onion
  • greens to taste
  • 2–3 bay leaves
  • 6–7 allspice peas
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper
  • vegetable oil
  • mayonnaise

Preparation:

  1. Wash the hearts, remove fat.
  2. Pour over with water.
  3. Add bay leaves, allspice, salt.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Cook for 25 minutes.
  6. Cool.
  7. Chop.
  8. Then chop the onion into strips.
  9. Fry the onion in oil until golden brown.
  10. Beat the eggs with a fork and add 2 tbsp. water, divide into 2 parts and fry in oil on both sides.
  11. Cool slightly and chop into strips.
  12. Cut the cucumbers into strips.
  13. Chop your favorite herbs (parsley, dill, green onions)
  14. Mix all the ingredients, salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise.
