
Budget salad with chicken hearts and egg pancakes

The heart salad has won the hearts of many! I hope it will win your heart too, because the salad is truly incredibly tasty and very satisfying. The recipe for chicken heart salad is quite simple and literally costs a penny, which cannot but please. Try it and see for yourself!
The specified amount of ingredients makes 6-8 servings.
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken hearts
- 3 eggs
- 2 pickled cucumbers.
- 150 g onion
- greens to taste
- 2–3 bay leaves
- 6–7 allspice peas
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper
- vegetable oil
- mayonnaise
Preparation:
- Wash the hearts, remove fat.
- Pour over with water.
- Add bay leaves, allspice, salt.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cook for 25 minutes.
- Cool.
- Chop.
- Then chop the onion into strips.
- Fry the onion in oil until golden brown.
- Beat the eggs with a fork and add 2 tbsp. water, divide into 2 parts and fry in oil on both sides.
- Cool slightly and chop into strips.
- Cut the cucumbers into strips.
- Chop your favorite herbs (parsley, dill, green onions)
- Mix all the ingredients, salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise.
