If the dish is already cooked, fried or baked, and there is a pile of extra chopped greens on the cutting board, it is time to get the olive oil and an ice cube tray.
Pack the remaining greens carefully in sections of the form. Lay on about half and 2/3 of the cube. Then pour the greens with olive oil and send them to the freezer.
After freezing, transfer the cubes to a bag and put them in the freezer.
This way, portioned herbs covered with oil will be stored for a long time and will always be at hand .
