Ingredients for 4 servings:
250 g spaghetti
200 g bacon
120 g Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic
1 egg
4 yolks
salt, pepper
Preparation:
Put the pasta in boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes less than indicated on the package. Finely chop the bacon and garlic. Beat the eggs and yolks, add the grated cheese and mix thoroughly.
Fry the garlic and bacon in a deep frying pan, transfer the boiled pasta with half the water in which it was cooked.
Cook for 3 minutes over low heat, stirring. Add the pasta broth to the egg sauce and mix thoroughly. Pour the sauce into the pan, turn off the heat and stir to thicken. Serve with grated cheese. Enjoy!
