Specialists of the Polish Center for Heart Diseases told some interesting facts about heart and risk of heart attacks. Yes, it turned out that the heart did not like Mondays. According to cardiologists, one of the factors that increases the risk of heart attack is stress at work. Therefore, 17% of heart attacks occur on Monday, that is, the first working day after the weekend. From Tuesday to Friday, there are about 15% of such cases, and on weekends-11-12%.
