
Carrot snack on Turkish

On the Turkish table, snacks are always in front of the main course. Sometimes it is possible to eat them so much that there is not enough space for another. So, we prepare carrots.
Ingredients
The following products are required for preparation:
- Large carrots – 4 pcs;
- Garlic – 3 teeth;
- mayonnaise – 2 tables. D;
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- nuts – 100 g;
- Parsley or fresh mint. Put it in a non -stick pan. Pour over olive oil on top. Fry for 5 minutes over low heat until tender. Add walnuts and fry them for another 5 minutes. Cool the finished mixture.
prepare the sauce. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and crushed garlic. Combine with carrots. Put the snack on a plate. You can sprinkle with parsley or mint on top.
