Certain food processing leads to the formation of carcinogenic acrylamide

Acrylamide is a component of dyes and plastics. In food, it occurs when foods containing a certain amino acid are heated to a high temperature above 140 degrees. As a rule, this reaction leads to the darkening of food.

The specialist advised to eat cooked food, avoid frying products until a dark, crispy crust is formed.
