However, budget options can still be found in this city, but only if you know where to look. Housing prices, as before, depend on the area where the apartment is located.

Where can you rent an apartment cheaper in Lviv

Average prices for renting housing in Lviv vary from 17 to 19 thousand hryvnias per month for a one-room or two-room apartment.

The most expensive real estate options are usually found in new buildings that were built after 2010. So, for example, you can rent a one-room apartment on the primary market for about 18 thousand hryvnias per month.

However, you can find more budget-friendly real estate options. Those who are looking for a comfortable but inexpensive one-room apartment should consider housing in the Lychakiv district.

For those who are looking for an inexpensive two-room property, you should look at the rental ads in Zaliznychny district.

In which district of Lviv can you buy an inexpensive apartment

Regarding the purchase real estate in a popular western city, the situation looks somewhat different.

On the secondary market of Lviv, prices for one-room apartments vary from 55 to 65 thousand dollars (as of as of August 23, it is from 2,279,573 to 2,683,404 hryvnias).

The lowest prices are observed in Zaliznychny and Halytsky districts, where the average price is 55 and 60 thousand dollars (from 2,279,573 and 2,476,989 hryvnias), respectively.

For two-room apartments, average prices start from about 80 thousand dollars (3,302,652 hryvnias). The most budget-friendly options can be found in the Frankivskyi and Zaliznychny districts – 77 and 88 thousand dollars (3,178,802 and 3,632,917 hryvnias), respectively.

In at the same time, prices can reach hundreds of thousands of dollars in Halytskyi and Sykhiv districts.
