Chefs declassified the aromatic marinade for steaks in a pan
Beef steaks can simply be sprinkled with salt and pepper. They will also be tasty, but they will not have a special aroma. Cooks know the secrets of cooking, but not everyone tells them. We offer you to learn one signature version of the marinade, with which beef steaks will definitely turn into an exclusive dish.
How to make a marinade
The following components are required for its preparation:
- < li aria-level="1">juniper berries – 8 pcs.;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- suneli hops – 1 tsp;
- dry red wine – 120 ml;
- olive oil – 1 tbsp .l.;
- thyme – several sprigs;
- ground black pepper – 3 small pieces;
- thyme.
Thyme must be crushed. Crush juniper berries. Put the meat in a bowl with them. Add chopped onions, suneli hops. Pour dry wine into the marinade. Mix everything and put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
Fry the marinated steaks in olive oil. Before placing on the pan, blot with napkins to remove excess moisture. Delicious!
