Ingredients
The following products are required for cooking:
- canned white beans — 200 g;
- olive oil — 150 ml;
- lemon juice — 4 tbsp.;
- garlic — 2 cloves;
- onions — 2 pcs.;
- tuna in oil — 1 pc.;
- parsley, salt, pepper.
How to cook
The liquid must be drained from the beans. They must be dry. The liquid will ruin the salad, so discard it in a colander.
Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, and crushed garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the beans to this sauce and mix thoroughly.
Cut the onion into rings. Mash the fish with a fork with the oil it contains. Mix with the beans and onion. Garnish the finished salad with chopped herbs. Enjoy!
