Chicken cutlets with cheese: an unusual but tasty dish

Cutlets made from chicken fillets with the addition of cheese literally melt in your mouth. In addition, such a dish will appeal to those who would like to get rid of excess weight, because it contains only low-calorie products.

So, to prepare unusual cutlets, you will need:
- 600 g of chicken fillet;
- 200 g of cheese;
- 1 onion (large);
- 1 egg;
- salt and spices to taste.
Washed and dried chicken fillet must be passed through a meat grinder. Cheese, as well as peeled and sliced onions, should be scrolled with the help of the device.
Add an egg to the resulting minced meat, salt and season with your favorite spices. Ground black pepper and finely chopped greens go well with cutlets.
Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass, from which you need to form patties and fry them in a hot pan with the addition of a small amount of oil.
