As a rule, fresh soups are made from only a few simple products and it is not only quickly but easy. pc;

  • canned sweet corn – 1 jar (350 gr.);
  • onion – 1 bulb;
  • melted cheese 1 pc. or cream 100 grams
  • black pepper peas – 5 pieces;
  • salt to taste;
  • Black ground and turmeric to taste;
  • greens- to taste. Cut the chicken breasts into 3 equal parts (so it will be cooked faster). Pour in cold water. Bring to a boil, removing the foam during cooking, add pepper. Reduce heat and cook for about 20 minutes.

    2 ․ Wash and clean the vegetables.

    3. Potatoes, cut onions into small cubes. Rub the carrots on a large grater or cut a knife.

    4. Fry the onions and carrots in a frying pan with the addition of oil for 5-7 minutes.

    5 ․ ․ Remove the finished fillets from the pan, cool and cut into small cubes. Broth strain through a strainer.

    6 ․ Add the potatoes and potatoes to the broth. Add canned corn along with the whole contents of the jar. Bring the soup to a boil. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

    7 ․ Turn the chicken breast into the pan. Add melted cheese or cream and prove the taste of soup with salt and pepper.

    8. Serve the soup with chopped fresh herbs. Delicious!
