Chocolate-apple jam for the winter: a great alternative to Nutella

We offer to prepare a wonderful preparation for in winter – chocolate applesauce. Such a preparation will be useful for filling in pancakes, biscuit rolls, for shortbread tubes or just for a piece of bread.

Ingredients:

  • Apples – 1 kilogram (without the cobs and peels)
  • Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Sugar – 250 grams
  • Butter – 70 grams
  1. Wash and peel the apples.
  2. Grate apples on a grater with large holes.
  3. Boil on low heat for 30 minutes.
  4. Add butter, cocoa. Mix Add sugar.
  5. Cook over low heat for another 20 minutes, stirring.
  6. If desired, if you want to get a more uniform jam structure, you can beat this mass with a blender. And bring to a boil again.
  7. Pour into sterilized jars and immediately roll up.
