Chocolate-apple jam for the winter: a great alternative to Nutella

We offer to prepare a wonderful preparation for in winter – chocolate applesauce. Such a preparation will be useful for filling in pancakes, biscuit rolls, for shortbread tubes or just for a piece of bread.
Ingredients:
- Apples – 1 kilogram (without the cobs and peels)
- Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar – 250 grams
- Butter – 70 grams
- Wash and peel the apples.
- Grate apples on a grater with large holes.
- Boil on low heat for 30 minutes.
- Add butter, cocoa. Mix Add sugar.
- Cook over low heat for another 20 minutes, stirring.
- If desired, if you want to get a more uniform jam structure, you can beat this mass with a blender. And bring to a boil again.
- Pour into sterilized jars and immediately roll up.
