Chocolate brownie in the microwave in 5 minutes

The fastest, with a minimum of products, in a hurry! Chocolate brownie in a microwave oven is prepared in a mug in 5 minutes. During this time, you will mix the dough and bake it. The brownie turns out to be very similar to the traditional one, the humidity of the crumb can be adjusted during the baking time.

Ingredients:

  • Dark chocolate – 50 grams
  • Sugar – 2 table l.
  • Butter – 1 table. l.
  • Eggs – 1 pc.
  • Wheat flour – 2 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

Take high-quality, natural chocolate, both milk and dark are suitable. The saturation of the dessert will depend on the choice. The same applies to butter, it should first of all be tasty, without vegetable fats in the composition.

Take a bowl or container that can be put in the microwave oven. Put chocolate, broken into pieces, pour sugar there. Adjust its amount according to your taste and the bitterness of the chocolate. Add butter.

Place the bowl of food in the microwave on maximum power for 30-45 seconds. The butter should melt. Look at your microwave oven, the time may vary depending on the features of the device.

Stir the ingredients, the hot oil will quickly melt the chocolate and the sugar will melt.

Beat the egg into the chocolate mixture. Mix.

Pour in the flour, mix it with a whisk. The flour may be a little more or less than indicated in the recipe, look at the consistency of the dough. It should become like thick sour cream. Add another half spoonful.

Take a container that can be used in the microwave oven. Pour the dough into it. Leave some space on top – the brownies will rise as they bake.

Cook the brownies in the microwave on maximum power for 1 to 3 minutes. Start with 1 minute, then add time depending on how done the brownies are. But don't overdo it – the brownie should remain slightly moist inside.

Serve the brownie to the table. You can sprinkle it with powdered sugar on top. It will be very tasty served warm with ice cream.
