Chocolate cookies “Sweet gift”

These chocolate hearts are perfect for a gift or just bake them for the people you love.
INGREDIENTS
For the glaze:
- dark chocolate – 120 g
- white chocolate – 120 g
- butter for greasing the baking sheet – 1 tbsp. l.
- butter – 2 tbsp. l.
For the dough:
- honey – 0.3 cups
- baking powder – 1 tbsp. l.
- fine brown sugar – 2/3 cups
- cayenne pepper – a pinch
- wheat flour – 3.5 cups
- ground cloves – 0.5 tsp. l.
- egg – 1 pc.
- butter oil – 100 g
- ground ginger – 1 tsp. l.
CREAMING RECIPE:
- Prepare the dough. Beat the butter with the sugar and egg. Add honey.
- Pour the sifted flour, baking powder, ginger, cloves and cayenne pepper into a bowl. Beat the dough with a mixer.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a 6 mm thick layer.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease two small baking sheets with oil. Cut hearts out of the dough using a notch and transfer them to the sheets. Remove to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Bake in turns for 8-10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
- Melt the dark and white chocolate separately in a water bath.
- Without removing from the wire rack, coat half of the cookies with dark chocolate, the other half with white chocolate. Transfer the remaining chocolate into 2 pastry bags with a thin nozzle and use it to shade the dark cookies with white chocolate and vice versa. Sprinkle with sugar and let the chocolate set.
