Cardio, walking, squats – keep variety in your daily workouts.

I like the new-fangled yoga and jogging, but the old, time-tested techniques work better for me. They were taught to me by my coach Radu, with whom I worked on a cycle of video lessons on aerobics. Now I have a different trainer, I train three times a week at home. With it, we do push-ups, squats, “pull weights” and exercise on the steppe. Right after having children or more recently, before going on tour with my book, I slowed down. But now, on the contrary, she has increased the intensity of cardio and interval training. I also walk in the hills, and on weekends I ride a bicycle.

Start the day with a hearty smoothie

Every morning I make a smoothie: I blend spinach, half a banana, raw cocoa beans and fresh mint with almond milk and protein powder in a blender. It's delicious, and the appetite will wake up very soon.

Relax – meditate and go to the sauna

Recently, the whole family took a course on the basics of meditation. I do it irregularly, but it was very interesting to evaluate its beneficial effect on myself — on my own state of mind. This new relaxation tool in my arsenal comes into play every time I need it. But my favorite relaxing ritual is an infrared sauna: half an hour in it with a good book and I'm a completely different person.

Sunscreen always

I've been using my makeup since I was 30 (Cindy Crawford has her own line of cosmetics, Meaningful Beauty). It is constantly updated and improved by Dr. Jean-Louis Seba. I am also a fan of microdermabrasion (mechanical exfoliation of the upper keratinized layer of the skin), this procedure is excellently performed by Hollywood cosmetologist Khrystyna Radu. For me, good UV protection is a matter of first necessity. My skin is pretty sensitive to the sun and tans easily, so if I don't have my go-to, I grab the first sunscreen I can find. I don't do without a hat and glasses on the beach.

Combine the useful with the useful – take care of your hair in your sleep and during exercise

I like to do several things at the same time, because good care takes time, and I count every minute. I even include beauty rituals in my training. For example, if I know I'm going to wash my hair after class, I put a mask on my hair before I start. A thick ponytail has never bothered anyone.
