Coffee has been proven to slow down age-related heart problems (but there's one condition)

Coffee has some health benefits. This has been known for some time, but the extent of these benefits has been a matter of debate. Some studies say that it increases a person's risk of developing cancer. Other studies say it reduces the risk of cancer.

A study of people from the British Biobank found that those who drank up to three cups of ground coffee a day had a 17% lower risk of dying from heart disease, and the probability of dying from a stroke is 21%.

The study also found that decaffeinated coffee has a number of health benefits. Decaffeinated coffee drinkers have a lower risk of death compared to those who don't drink coffee at all.

The reason for this is that scientists have discovered that not all of the health benefits of coffee are related with caffeine, but with antioxidants and other chemicals.

Some differences in the preparation methods of some types of coffee are related to the processes of their preparation depending on the type of coffee. However, there was a limit to the benefits of coffee, and it was determined by quantity. People who drank more than three cups a day had fewer positive outcomes.

Drinking more than three cups a day was associated with an increased risk of death overall compared to non-coffee drinkers.

Dr. Pal Maurowicz-Horvat said they were able to use MRI scans “to analyze the effects of regular coffee consumption on the structure and function of the heart.”

“We found that regular coffee consumption from mild to moderate … may slow age-related cardiac changes”.
